Shipping Policy

Thank you for ordering from Monsties. We're a small team and every onesie is made and inspected to order, so please read this before you buy.

Processing time: up to 25 days

Each order goes through production and a quality inspection before it leaves us. We do this because we would rather ship a onesie late than ship one that's wrong. Because we're a small team and can't always predict demand, processing can take anywhere up to 25 days from the date you place your order. Most orders leave sooner, but we ask you to plan for the full window.

Processing time is separate from delivery time.

Delivery time: 6 to 10 days after dispatch

Once your order leaves us, you'll get a tracking number by email. Delivery takes 6 to 10 days from that point depending on your location and the carrier. Tracking may take 24 to 48 hours to update after you receive the number.

Total time from order to door

Up to 35 days in the worst case. Typically less. We will always tell you if anything changes.

Order tracking

You'll receive an order confirmation immediately, a dispatch email with tracking when your order leaves us, and you can check status at any time on your order page.

Address changes

You can update your shipping address at any point before dispatch by replying to your order confirmation email. Once an order has been dispatched we can't redirect it.

Delays outside our control

Carrier delays, customs holds and weather can add time beyond the windows above. These are not grounds for a refund while the parcel is in transit and tracking is active.

Lost, damaged or wrong items

If tracking shows delivered but you don't have it, contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan. If your onesie arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with photos and we'll replace it or refund you.
